​HCCC students, faculty, and staff now have complete access to The Chronicle of Higher Education. The Chronicle of Higher Education, published since 1966, is a source of news, information, and jobs for higher education faculty and administrators.

How to Access:

Click https://login.ezproxy.hccc.edu/login?url=https://www.chronicle.com/

  • On-campus users: you will enter the home page of the Chronicle directly.
  • Off-campus users: you will be prompted to log in with your HCCC email and password for authentication. Then you will enter the home page of the Chronicle site.

Alternatively, you can sign up with your HCCC email first, then go to chronicle.com directly.

  1. Go to Chronicle.com and click on the “Sign In” link at top, right-hand side of the page.
  2. Select the "Sign Up" tab to create a free account using your HCCC email address. You also have the option to sign up for The Chronicle's free email newsletters during the registration process.
  3. Activate your account by confirming your email address in the “The Chronicle: Confirm your email address” email.
  4. Sign in at chronicle.com and enjoy the content.
