Exercise Science and Personal Fitness Training students will facilitate each session under the direction of Karen Hosick, instructor of Exercise Science and Personal Fitness Training.

Who: All students, faculty, and staff.
What: Fitness screenings, information, and demonstrations
Why: To improve the health and fitness of the HCCC community
When: FRIDAYS from 10:45 AM to 11:45 AM
Where: Gabert Library 1st floor
