Requests made through Interlibrary Loan are protected under U.S. Copyright Law (Title 17, U.S. Code).
We cannot request a copy or scan of an entire journal issue, per the copyright law. Additionally, copying/scanning five or more articles from a single journal title within a five year period breaks the copyright law.
