To reset your password, go to https://hccclibrary.libapps.com/libapps/login.php?action=1

After login, you'll see the unanswered tickets in the LibAnswers Dashboard page.

How to add an event to the event calendars

1. go to the event calendar and select the calendar with your type of event.

Select the calendar with your type of event.

 

2. Click on the date your event will be on.

in the case ill just select 

and a popup like this should popup

and you can create it from scratch or you can select from some of our pre-created templates.

3. Fill in your event details in the proper locations.

You can change your event data and time here for the last time before it gets posted.

you can then fill in your event description and location 

4. To add an image to advertise your event (optional).

the image will appear on the website like this 

 to add your image click the "upload image" button.

and upload your image it should then look like this 

 

5. Click the button that says "submit: Add New event!"

you should then see your event on the calendar.

 

6. if you made a mistake you can click on your event in the calendar and then click modify event.

you can access the appointment calendar through this link https://hccclibrary.libcal.com/admin/appointments/calendar.

1. Click the appointment with the info you want to see 

and then a popup with show up at the bottom page with all the info the student entered.
