Use the desktop icon labelled "Reference Statistics" if you are on a public service desk computer.

You can also access Reference Statistics via this direct link.

When you open either link, you will be prompted to log into LibApps, if you are not logged in already.

Copies of this document can be printed and used at the public service desks to quickly note transactions that occur, especially during busy times at the desk. Whoever records stats on this sheet should make sure to log these in Reference Statistics (RefAnalytics) before the end of their shift. Use the back-dating option to match the timestamp to when the transaction occured.
